We believe there is one, true, living God. He is Holy, Eternal and exists in three Persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God the Father is the Sender of the Word, the Maker of all things, and the Giver of every good and perfect gift. The Son is the Word made flesh, the One Begotten, and has existed with the Father from the beginning. The Holy Spirit proceeds forth from both the Father and the Son and is eternal.

We believe man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world. The Bible says, “…all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God,” and “…There is none righteous, no, not one.”

We believe Jesus Christ, the Son of God, paid the price to destroy the works of sin by offering Himself as the perfect and complete sacrifice through His shed blood to redeem and restore man back to God. It is God’s desire for all men to spend eternity with Him. Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the Law, and is made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God. The only way for a person to enter eternal salvation is to have a personal faith in Jesus Christ as their substitute and Savior from sin.

We believe all who receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior, also receive a guarantee of God’s Spirit – the indwelling of the Holy Spirit – in our hearts.

We believe in sanctification, which is living a life of holiness. The Bible teaches that without holiness, no man can see the Lord. Sanctification is a definite, yet progressive, work of grace, involving revelation, repentance, and restoration. We are all a work in progress!

We believe those who accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior will spend eternity in communion with God, and will be rewarded for their faithful service on earth. Those who reject Jesus Christ will be eternally lost.
